  • *YESSS CHRISTINE* I used to have smashing arm days! but lately I feel lost again like when I first started in the gym :L I have SIGNIFICANTLY improved my pull ups, but I miss having fun on arm days! I love your videos and workouts!! :D

  • Oh man, this workout is killer! I bought a pull-up bar finally so I could do this. I'd been wanting one and this spurred me to do it finally. Holy crap, I cannot do one regular wide-armed pull-up. Haha! I can do a couple of the narrow ones. Also, I apparently don't have a heavy enough band for the assists, so I just ordered a heavier one. Still loved murdering my upper body in new ways though. The only tricky part with workouts like this is finding usable spots in my house for some of the banded work, but I do like the "gym equipment turned into home equipment" style of this routine.

  • So grateful for this workout; its actually harder than you made it looked. I didn't want to attempt the HIT workout after doing this one, but I am glad I did. I feel so much stronger.

  • YESSSSSSS!!!! Loving this type of video so much!! I joined the gym for leg days but still doing upper body at home so this is awesome. Also, the gym workout breakdowns that you've been showing on Instagram have been super helpful! Thank you!
