  • Hi there Kenny, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have a question: How good are cranberries in comparison to blueberries? Thank you.

  • Does it matter if my coconut oil is in liquid form? It's organic and virgin oil, it was solid when I bought it but I guess I keep it in a warm area so it melted.

  • Kenny you are awesome! You have inspired me with your smoothies, my whole family now has smoothies everyday lol. Thank you so much. My symptoms improved with your tips but once I started taking VSL3 probiotic (450 billion bacteria) and Saccharomyces boulardii they have almost completely gone away! Do you recommend these two supplements? (fermented vegetables didn't have this much of an effect) Also, how bad do you think coffee is? would you strongly advise against it? I stopped drinking coffee last year, but I really miss having it at work, it makes me a lot more productive and I am thinking of drinking it again. Once again thank you so much for your help!

  • Hi there I appreciate your videos and feel like it may help me cure my gut issues. My body has a hard time breaking down food and taking in nutrients due to malabsorption(IBS), Hpylori overgrowth and after years of using Naproxen( NAIDS) for menstrual cramps. This has really messed up my gut microbiome and lead to many ulcers. I struggle with severe bloating immediately after eating followed by gas, heartburn and running to the toilet several times a day. Every blood test shows boderline iron deficiency anemia and low B12, folate and ferritin levels which affects my energy levels. My gut, hair and skin has never been the same ever since and would like to put an end to all of this.

  • Do you have any insights regarding the negative effects of EMF electromagnetic fields in relation to tissue regeneration which influence our natural ability to repair thus the high incidence of cronic diseases including UC. How Wifi affects our pineal glad so melatonin which helps us get into deep sleep is disturbed so the body fails to repair minor ulcers then the accumulation becomes chronic. Thoughts ?

  • Thanks for sharing. Did you loose weight? You seem very different from the previous video. I wonder why you stick to oil/butter when it’s known oil is detrimental to health specially for UC as it coats ulcers and prevents them from healing. Acording to Klein as well as Mcdougall, Esselstyn, Barnard, T campbell, Ornish. All successful nutrition doctors say no oil. Thoughs? Thanks Kenny

  • Hi Kenny, I'm working with the Shukul and Shamiz right now and am hopeful of a speedy recovery. I've decided to go full vegan for more than just health reasons but am interested in including fermented foods in my healing plan. Have you ever worked with water kefir? Just wondering your thoughts as an alternative to milk kefir. Thanks!

  • Try the turmeric root. Slice in small sections after washing them first. Boil water in a pot first. Then when water boiling turn off stove then drop sliced turmeric in. Then drink once cooled down. I suggest you drink a cup before going to bed on empty stomach. Had flare up then next day normal hard stool. You can also after cooling turmeric tea blend it on blender then strain. place in large water container and store in fridge and drink for a week. Everyone's body is different. I bounced back to health by writing food journal with sections of foods that I could eat and other of foods that I can't eat and other section of symptoms Basically I couldn't eat raw or cooked fruits or vegetables or anything with fiber. I'm much better. And I never used the humira injections. Used azathioprine for a total of 8 days off and on. Best to all.
